The idea that the kind of attitude displayed by Anderson, and indeed by Badenoch, would ever be attractive to a majority of British voters , seems nonsensical to me. They are merely part of the noisy minority headed by Farage and Reform.

Their voices need to be heard so their ideas can be defeated by the commonly held decent standards of the majority.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

And fair play to them. Why not decide to act in a way that benefits their specific collective racial identity and common interests (and to save any lefties the bother, if you want to slate the likes of Anderson for being 'racist' then it has to follow that being Muslim is a racial identity)?

I may be a cynic…I suggest you read some of the comments and links that others have contributed to this discussion further on in the debate and you may notice that being a cynic is not unfounded.
