Vinnie Jones in Lock Stock and Snatch, I know we hated him in the crazy gang, but I did think he was brilliant in those films

To be fair, he got shot in the face and resurfaced as philosophically cold blooded as ever so he counts as a hard man for me.

Then again, a lot of people do.
