as far as i'm aware, there is not (yet) a huge tradition of music, art etc running in the history of people of ginger hair. of course this may change in the future and then the ninja's might have a leg to stand on.

That is the biggest load of tosh I've ever read. There are Christian churches all over the world, in countries which are considered to be Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, Bhuddist or whatever. There are communities from all the main religions in almost every country on the globe. They may be small and largely ignored, but they exist, even in countries we consider as "belonging" to one religion or another.

Delhi is of course in India, which has large populations of Christians, Muslims etc 99.9% of whom live side by side with the majority Hindu community with no problems whatsoever.

For the record, India's population is (at a 2000 estimate) 1,014,003,817

The breakdown according to religion is: Hindu 80%, Muslim 14%, Christian 2.4%, Sikh 2%, Buddhist 0.7%, Jains 0.5%, other 0.4%

2.4% of a billion is (I think) 24 million. That's quite a lot of Christians, not many of whom will have been, as you put it, "strung up".

the thing that i find strange is the coloured footballers are almost worshiped by millions of white football followers world wide but there does seem to be a lack of coloured people who actually go to see a game of football.im not saying that no coloured people go but 99% for arguements sake are white...
just a thought.
