Also can you please send me a link where it says theyve erected churches right in the centre of these cities and helped make them with their equivelent of lottery funds. religion causes more arguments than its worth. I myself am a Catholic, but not a practicing one. Religion IMO was put there for us all to hang onto, something that was put in place years ago. Its a comfort zone, thinking someone up theres looking after you. keeping an eye out for you. its all bollox. I think it boils down to a matter of choice. It's fair enough to take the piss out of someone who makes a wrong/bad/stupid choice, but to take the piss or abuse someone who has no choice - ie - colour, disability, sexual orientation, etc, is offensive. A one and a two...

I think it boils down to a matter of choice. It's fair enough to take the piss out of someone who makes a wrong/bad/stupid choice, but to take the piss or abuse someone who has no choice - ie - colour, disability, sexual orientation, etc, is offensive.

Seeing as you have no choice with the above characteristics, that must be the case.

Yes, some Muslim countries are less than tolerant of other religions, but others aren't. You can't generalise about nations with hugely varying cultures and customs.
