My taxes and the taxes of normal people shouldn't go in the pockets of a fantastically wealthy family just to keep some tourists happy. Well it's questionable as to whether we need another head of state, why can't the PM do it?

I assume you're not suggesting that, and that we would be better off with someone else. I'd go for Kennedy, seems to be a bloke with some sense.

If this refers to my profession, I have to state that this is a) a caricature of lawyers and b) I don't practice criminal law and so don't come across many b****** criminals. It's also not relevant to our discussion. 1) That it maybe, but it's bloody true mate! It's relevant when you complain about the burden of the taxpayer!

It's relevant when you complain about the burden of the taxpayer! Sorry, but my firm earns nothing from the tax payer. We do no legal aid work at all, only commercial and private client work (civil). So I'm not a burden to the tax payer at all!
