Keep taking the p*ss, and I'll keep giving you winners... Today marks the start of the Aintree festival. Horse of the day today is Dark'n'Sharp (3.10), and Coolnagorna (5.30) has an excellent chance. Both are top weights, so are likely to be slowed by too much give in the ground.

Coolnagorna was leading and looking to win when it fell badly, and had to be put down.

Today, Native Upmanship (3.10) and Iris's Gift (4.20) represent the best I can see at Aintree.

Penge mate, all I can say is good luck with that one! I hope it comes second to Lirfox. Tokka, my shortlist is currently Maximize, Gingembre (nap), Ad Hoc (next best) and Shotgun Willy. I don't keep records of profits and losses any more, sorry... Nap bet of the weekend has got to be STEVE KABBA to score.
