I can accept that people are not anti-war or are anti-war, but I do wish that people could make the distinction between someone who is against a war in Iraq and someone who is pro-Iraq. Just because I don't agree with America pursuing a military campaign in Iraq without the backing of the UN, does not mean that I am pro Saddam Hussein. Neither does being against George Bush or Tony Blair mean that I would trust them less than SH or favour him above them. I am not pro-Saddam Hussein. I am against the idea of a war in Iraq under the current conditions. I have to say were it found that Saddam Hussein did possess weapons of mass destruction and did have links with Al'Quidah (which is entirely unproven) then I would probably support some form of military action -- though I would still like to avoid the bombing of civilians.
