Download and run program - select ITV 1 by using the drop down menu's :

1. Channel Category - General

2. Channel List - ITV 1

3. Click "Play It!".

When stream buffers first time, it may freeze after a few seconds. If this happens, click "Play It!" again and let it rebuffer - it should then stream ok.

For full size - double click on the screen

I tried this program at 6.30am this morning and it worked perfectly.
