They do when the Green vote with them. Which they will

So they don't have a majority.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

I was dealing with what I thought was the more relevant point which was whether they could win a vote on EU negotiations and referendum

In exchange for what? I would not assume anything when it comes to Scottish politics - Labour has been wiped out in 5 minutes.

Greens are in favour of remaining in the Eu and a second referendum on Independence. you are right they could change their mind but I still dont have the slightest doubt that there is a majority in Holyrood for a second referendum should that time arise

There's a lot more than EU issues and recently the Greens have been siding with the Lib Dems and Tories

Reading through this thread it appears that some people think Scotland will dictate to our Government what they want and intend get. All I can say is the little poison dwarf up in Scotland can spout all she likes as she will not get a thing unless our prime Minister gives it to her. She is deluded when it comes to managing Scotland's economy as she relies on our cash to keep them afloat and her oil fields do not bring in what she thought now. She is just trying to justify her existence and making out she holds the upper hand.....She holds NOTHING but her handbag I am afraid!

There is a suggestion from the EU that UK citizens and others who have previously been in EU will be able to retain their EU citizenship after leaving - will look for further details.

Those that want to that is - sounds good to me.

Non British passport holder wishes to halt Brexit:

Imagine if someone had gone to court and invoked a court decision against gay marriage...imagine the s*** storm....yet, it's ok, because the voices of the ordinary folk don't mean s*** against those of the minorities.

If I was a government minister I would be instructing my civil servants to find fault in her visa application. Then bull whip her & turf her out of the country......

I do not care for her. She should respect people she is never going to meet, for example people in Rochdale, Oldham and Bradford. If she understood the s*** those people have gone through on the name of 'progressive politics', she would realise the world doesn't begin and end in Notting Hill.

She made her bed so let her lie in it...stupid woman.
She now has more problems than she anticipated which she has bought all on herself!
