To be fair if he lives in Manchester and is a City fan that works in our favour. Also living in Manchester doesn't necessarily count as born and bred in Manchester. You'd imagine several referees live in London but you wouldn't expect them to support Chelsea/Arsenal/Tottenham/West Ham/Palace etc. I think in their heads referee's live in cloud big club land, which doesn't discriminate about location, as long as the beloved big 4 get what they want...which is a more worrying prospect for us anyway!
