BT Sport have Graham Poll as the referee expert.

Firstly having seen the puncheon incident and several replays he announces that a booking was correct. In space of 10 mins he changes his mind to it being a definite red card. Do these people realise just how stupid they look ?

Punch got a yellow so no other action can be taken but I bet Zaha gets a ban you can see those BT people pushing the issue yet only few weeks ago City player dives in box gets penalty no action taken.

It’s a lottery with this panel what they do....they just toss a coin or roll a dice.

there was just a nudge in the ribs of Zaha by sterling just before he went down so hopefully that will be seen as enough to justify him going down!

Players are encouraged to go down. If they don't, they don't get the penalty.
This is the benefit of VAR.
Will was definitely nudged. He should not be banned.

Pfft. "Justify" going down. Even for the greatest footballers Newton's First Law of Motion isn't really optional.

Wonder how Dann is.?
Didn't look good. Looked like ligament. Just hope its not too serious.
Puncheon and Jesus also looked bad. Good to see de Broyne walking about after the match. I don't think he looked too bad.
Such a fine line on injuries these days for these pros.

Puncheon has also been hobbling about apparently. But you might have thought that was normal.

That’s why it’s always good to convert such penalties, like Everton did, then at least the ban is a price paid for a return.

No chance I was right in front of it, definate penalty.

Weed winger didn't get banned recently and his was a very obvious dive. It will be outrageous if Wilf was punished, he was shoved over.
