I hope Roy stays for another year because I have no confidence that Parish & Co have a plan for who would succeed him. With another year you'd at least hope the penny may have dropped that we need to plan for our next managerial beyond Roy

So where he might not actually be the problem, ultimately it's his failure if this system is not working. The Idea that DF has brought in 2 players that RH does not want is crazy - this should never happen.

I hope Roy stays but I suspect whatever division we are in he will walk away. He has proved he is still a good manager after England and at 71 he doesn't need another year of struggle. I think January transfer window will prove the point when he decided. If we are in the Championship I think Dougie will be our manager.
