West Ham away a couple of seasons back we were right next to them and the drum – seen them grow from their younger selves into who they are now. I have to say I think they are a loss for Palace, but you can't shove 100 people out of their prime position seats and down into a corner. Most people behind the goal have probably been going for many many years to get them. What else can the club do?! People are saying here have a £100 off your next years season ticket and you'll have a worse view for the rest of your life. Ummm, no thanks. The only way the club can fiddle this is to make all the lower safe standing and make everyone re-apply for positions.

I watch last night game in Cyprus with a few Liverpool fans and they were disappointed with the fact that the hf had been moved, because it does add to the atmosphere in a big way really think the club should have a rethink on this because I felt really proud of hearing people saying that our ground has the best atmosphere in the premier league when they come away from a game!!

It is a real pity about the loss of atmos'. My view was that the Selhurst atmosphere prior to the HF was often pathetic.

If the interests of the club are a large united atmosphere then moving people involuntarily would not be in the best interests of the club. It's a double edged sword. It's massively short-sighted of the HF to do this protest and they must see why it can't be done. Just stay in the corner, it doesn't really matter where you are because you don't watch the game anyway. When the new stadium is built no doubt give them first dibs on where they want to move to. That way you can't say you're kicking people out of seats because it will be a whole new layout.

I do think the club have to find a resolution to the HF seating, The atmosphere yesterday against one of the best teams in the league was abysmal, And in my opinion that was solely down to the HF not being present, People can call them whatever they want, But the fact remains they add so much to the atmosphere, The group was increasing in size, And now we are left with the same as every other club. IMO if last night was anything to go by our atmosphere was mediocre and we have lost so much

That way the choice lies with those in block C as to whether they want to hold firm or take up the clubs offer; but more importantly the ability to make that decision in their own time. Ultimately clubs change areas all the time affecting season ticket holders...look at those that move away fan sections on a semi regular basis. The club ISN'T beholding to us as fans to keep us in our seats other than for the period we've paid for them. Edited by Lyons550 (21 Aug 2018 12.40pm)

Why doesn’t Parish give them the back few rows of the Arfur before the walkway in one of the 2 blocks near the Holmesdale. It would be easy to do, even now.

To relocate senior ticket holders, who perhaps have been in their seats for quite a long time, merely to accomodate the HF doesn't appear morally right,not withstanding the fact that the HF continue to stand flouting the regulations - Im not going to get into any debate on this matter as my views are perfectly clear and we don't want the thread to gallivant down this alley.That said, the HF with their fervour, banners and vocal support was missed last night.
