You proved my point nicely. Thanks.

To be precise I live in a world where some people understand then admit they were wrong, like this daily mail journo.

Your argument is somewhat Faragian in that it doesn’t hold a lot of water.

That 7 minute interview basically sets out the folly of the no deal brigade.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

So one person who writes in a newspaper has a view that you jump on and that changes everything?

Do you really think that anyone is fooled by Remainer attempts at getting your own way?

There are Remainers who would now favour leaving just to defend the democratic system.
Do you want to highlight them?

Nothing has changed, other than many lies being debunked.

A hard Brexit is, was, and ever will be an economic disaster for the UK.

Incorrect.

Some predict disaster. No one actually can say with any certainty what will happen.
So far, predictions of doom have failed to materialise.

You have to continue to find reasons to justify your position on this because you lost the vote, whereas I do not. My conviction remains the same. I have no need to keep finding new justifications to leave. The original reasons still apply.

You've never wondered why people do that? Why people feel so strongly about this issue? That there is a huge groundswell of opinion that Brexit is a huge mistake?

Seems as though you only see the argument from your own side and struggle to see both sides of the debate which discredits your analysis.

No there isn't. There are a bunch of politicians and other pricks like Tony Blair who have always been Remainers and who still can't accept that they lost.
Then you have the other sad losers who parrot what they say.
No groundswell at all.

The only growing feeling I see among real people is that politicians cannot be trusted to abide by the result of a democratic vote.

Your posts get more and more surreal and if there is a more pots and kettles type post around then I haven't seen it

Yep. All of that.

My only wish now is that if they are going to renege on the Leave victory on June 23rd then they at least have the courage to spare us the farce of this 'Peoples Vote' nonsense. Only makes it worse.

Have the courage of their convictions. Revoke A50 and tell us to our faces that they think we are thick proles who should not be allowed to scupper their own dreams of being 'European'.

Of course, the fight carries on and this never goes away but at least you can have a modicum of respect for their honesty when it comes to this betrayal.

Spit in our faces rather than stab us in the back.

That is not the political way.

As we speak, I expect they are plotting a way to revoke while dispersing the blame in all directions.
