Who mentioned Arsenal? We have the second worst defensive record in the league and have failed to score in around a dozen games this season.

What are you saying then we stick with Roy till he decides he has enough I’m sorry but that is not how you run things. Of course you are entitled to your opinion but mine is that we need a change. So, you seriously feel Mr Hodgson's job is/was to make our squad play like Arsenal? For Christ sake no one is saying that but I don’t care what anyone says the current style, tactics in game management is crap. I just believe with a change of manager we will see a difference why is so hard for people you to understand this. Why do people like you always think the worst will happen, so what then in life you should never make changes. I’m glad I have positive driven people round me to drive me on to believe & achieve greater things. Parish would not be where he is today if he just stood still & accepted underachievement or poor results.

Obviously you realise with lazy writing, poor grammar and spelling such an email wouldn’t be taken seriously? That goes for both posts. However, I suspect alcohol has taken over so all may be forgiven if so. If not, perhaps check five-six times before sending... And your next post should be an apology to Dazza for demeaning him. I would rather see someone send an email with words from the heart with passion and not be judged on any grammar and spelling.

Exactly and he has been trying to discover if any of them can actually pass to each other and has been trying to get them to play from the back a bit, doesn't look good for any new incoming manager.

That email was harsh but fair. We might as well just forfeit every remaining game and just give 3 points to the opposition ... we have NO clear direction ... the opposition teams know it and our players know it. Fir all 3 goals today our players were lost and unsure what to do. The third goal no-one actually moved (asides from Vincente) everyone just watched. If the players can’t be arsed ... why should we pay our hard earned towards the club? Don’t get me wrong ... I’m still Palace but recent results have not been acceptable. Even under Alan Smith and that 6-1 drubbing the players tried harder ... today their heads dropped after the first goal and no-one out effort in.
They say hard work never hurt anyone ... but why take a chance? |

A very fair email. I think a lot of us feel the same. Like you, I've been following the club for 60 years. This afternoon, following the Leeds shambles, I chose not to watch the game. I never thought I'd reach the point where the Palace were on TV and I wouldnt watch. It's that bad. Very good decision. I would guess you and loads more.

It was an absolute horrendous performance, but we have plenty of games to get the desired points we need, changes need to be made after the season has finished without any doubt ..but like our points total so far the need to panic is something we don't.

Hodgson managed two of the best teams in the country -England and Liverpool, and ruined them. His negativity always catches teams up.
