All I can see is the irony of someone who's said that anyone, literally anyone from Charles Manson to Forrest Gump would be preferable to Trump complaining about media bias. How is the bias you show any different?

I used Mickey Mouse as my alternative! I don’t think anyone in their right mind would choose Forest Gump and Manson would be disqualified.

I accept I have a bias. It’s towards decency, integrity and common sense and against those who don’t possess any of those qualities.

It's not that simple. It's not so much biased, as an attempt to paint Trump and Biden as equivalents.

It's a story which has been spun so often that it really doesn't need to be dusted off every time a diversion away from something embarrassing is needed. I believe a lot it of has been fabricated or, a minimum, deliberately taken out of context but am quite prepared to be proved wrong, but that will only happen in a Court of law. What puzzles me is that if those people who are making the assertions are so convinced that there has been wrong doing, why they haven't already mounted a prosecution? There are ways to engineer that. I suspect that's because what they have is rumour and allegation, rather than real evidence. But I could be wrong. So let's see it!

This to me is similar to the "stolen election". Tell a Big Lie often enough and enough people start to believe there must be some truth behind it. It's been a tactic of the MAGA crowd for years and comes directly from Roy Cohn, but it looks as though some have grown wise to it

Maybe you cannot see it , but all of this says much more about the Trump part of the GOP than ever it does about Biden. They are getting increasingly desperate. I really don't care that much. Despite the frequent assertions to the contrary I am no special fan of Biden. He is just an uninspiring safe pair who did his job when ousting Trump. I hope, and don't expect, him to run again. He is now too old and the USA needs a more vigorous POTUS who can lead and inspire. Whether from the Dems or the GOP is of less importance than that they respect democracy and are honest. Which eliminates Trump and anyone who doesn't distance themselves from him and all he has claimed.

Paul Joseph Watson is a part of the campaign to blacken the name of Biden.

So you still don't think much for the rule of law, which is of course your right.

Whether Biden runs again or not is irrelevant to law breaking, but not for you it seems.

You think Biden took his laptop into a repair shop and the IT guy saw it as an opportunity to fabricate a massive conspiracy?

On the flip side you have already stated you are convinced Trump is guilty of law breaking and the absurd raid on his property in Florida was justified.

You cannot consider an alternative as you are obsessed with Trump.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

But how is your interpretation of decency, integrity and common sense any more valid than that of the media outlets you dismiss as not worthy of consideration?

Any investigation is so obviously politically driven that it won’t have a bearing on the result. However if, and in my opinion it’s a big if, Biden senior is found to have been involved in any wrongdoing then let due process take it’s course. Let the law speak.

So obviously you'd describe any investigation into Trump as equally politically motivated.

Manson would be disqualified but a cartoon character wouldn't.

He knows that unless the Republicans have both houses and have balanced representation within the security institutions that no investigation into Biden will happen.

The evidence is as plain as anything. It's even on video, in regards to threatening Ukrainian officials but there's only a way if there is a will to do anything about it.

If for some reason it did then he'd be following the lead of all the Democratic media and shouting from the rooftops about witch hunts, Russian influence and false allegations.

Anyone who has bought into the conspiracy theory that the US security and intelligence services are not completely blind to politics is never going to be able to see the wood for the trees in this, and similar, matters.

They are accepting one of Trump’s Big Lies, that the “deep state” are conducting a witch hunt against him and those who support him. They aren’t. They are just doing their jobs.

The “evidence” isn’t clear at all. If that were even remotely true prosecutions would already have happened. Someone, somewhere would have found the way to mount one. The truth is that there are allegations about events for which explanations have been given but not believed. So test it!

Biden has no need to cry “witch hunt” when that’s clearly what it is and to do so would dignify the attempt. Best to ignore, rise above and get on with the job. Lowering himself to Trump’s level is not a wise idea.

Trump’s situation was, and remains, completely different. His character is in plain site. He revels in telling lies and being a defective personality. There are compelling reasons to believe that Mueller knows much more than has so far been made public. He is being prosecuted on multiple fronts and investigated on many more.

A suspicious laptop owned by a troubled son and a phone call trying to get someone sacked would only be a few hours worth of Trump’s possible misdemeanours.

As I said before this all looks to be a transparent attempt by the right to try to white wash Trump in an effort to establish equivalence with Biden.

It looks to me as if the US electorate as a whole are beginning to come to that conclusion too.

If it ever happened, of course it would, but it’s obviously only to point out just how bad Trump was.

No. It points out how serious a condition TDS is.

No.

For reasons explained in a recent post.

There is no equivalence. That though is what the Trump base want you to think.

No, there's no equivalence between this master manipulator and a doddering old fool who doesn't even know what nationality he is.

No. It points out how serious a condition TDS is.

The serious condition is the one suffered by any and all who still think that Trump was, or could ever be, anything more than a total disaster.

Slurring people like me who can see that, and there are huge numbers in the USA and around the world, doesn’t change that.

It’s just another typical Trump tactic to accuse those who oppose him of that which he is himself guilty.

He, and those around him, are manipulative and spread these kind of things in social media.

I am therefore disappointed to see you using it.

It's wasn't meant to be a slur aimed directly at you. If that's how it came across then I apologise. I was trying to say that there is no objectivity around Trump.
