Crystal Palace's 10-game unbeaten league run came to an end with a 3-2 defeat at Derby.
Derby stormed into a sixth minute lead through Steven Davies who fired past Julian Speroni from close range.
Theo Robinson smacked the crossbar with a 20-yard strike midway through the first half but Jeff Hendrick doubled their lead with a low shot from the edge of the area.
Four minutes after the break, Derby made it 3-0 from the penalty spot after Anthony Gardner handled Gareth Roberts' cross in the area and Robinson converted the kick.
Palace mounted a late fightback as Chris Martin netted in the 79th minute before Darren Ambrose pegged it back to 3-2 in the a minute from time.
