Crystal Palace made a giant leap towards Premier League survival with a 2-0 win at home to Huddersfield Town.
Roy Hodgson's side made hard work of the victory having missed a series of chances for the three points which sent the Terriers down.
Luka Milivojevic's penalty opened the scoring for Palace in the 76th minute after Wilfried Zaha had been fouled by Juninho Bacuna.
Patrick van Aanholt's neat finish into the far corner two minutes from time eased the nerves at Selhurst Park as Palace saw out the win.
The Eagles are now eight points above the relegation zone with seven league fixtures remaining.
Palace: Guaita, van Aanholt, Tomkins, Dann, Wan-Bissaka, Meyer (McArthur 45), Milivojevic, Townsend (Kouyate 78), Zaha, Schlupp, Batshuayi (Benteke 72).

Huddersfield: Hamer, Smith, Kongolo, Durm, Bacuna (Williams 78), Hogg, Mooy, Lowe, Grant, Pritchard (Stankovic 90), Schindler.
