If, by some bizzare reason, you have actually carried out this supposed survey, I would suggest your research is flawed and the majority of people would find these terms offensive. Do yourself a little test if you like - write out a list of these 'terms' and ask yourself if you would use them to a complete stranger.

And that species is famous for having zero self insight. Takes the recipients of the prejudice (and boy do we have enough experience over hundreds of years) to know not you and, funnily enough, the prejudiced person nearly always is in complete denial. Quite often, like dear old Mr Whelan, they even come out with the famous "lots of them are my friends" line! I've met enough of them over the years, though thankfully a dying breed here nowadays.
