My next question was gonna be, hasn't the ref got any tools in his arsenal to stop a team fouling on average every 3 minutes. But i think you answered the question. He clearly has the tools at his disposal but for some reason didn't want to use them. The club IMO really needs to call the PL out on this on going issue, I can not imagine for the life of me we'd get away with doing this to Man City. Especially as you have kindly pointed out there are laws in place to punish teams doing it. So the "Next foul" is committed by a player who hasn't committed a foul before and he gets issued a "Yellow" based on the number of fouls committed by the team ?

How come the team wasn't warned for unsporting behavior and booked for that instead? Surely that's the relevant rule/law you should be informing us about.

But you knew this from your training, right?

You seriously suggesting that a player can be booked for "Unsporting beahaviour" for his first foul based on the fact that this followed a series of fouls spread across the team ?
