My timeline of testing

Workplace offered me a free pcr test so got 30 minutes off to do that, got the results of my test back 5 days ago which was negative,

Suspected something might be up with me a couple of days ago no real symptoms but you know when youre body feels like its coming down with something, took a rapid antigen test again negative.

Not convinced by the results took another yesterday, I was a bit achey results came back clear as day I was carrying the plague.

For work reasons I took a pcr test about an hour ago at a covid testing drive through, place was rammed with people, if the rest of the country is like that were well beyond locking down, this is going to run through the population wether we like it or not.
All in all testing place was excellent with a turnaround time of a couple minutes per person.

Actually surprised the government/nhs got something right.

Well then tell her that would be impossible because the variant B. 1.1.529 a SARS-CoV-2 Variant of Concern (named Omicron) has only been around for a matter of weeks, with the first known samples dating back to early November.

No surprise that the latest reports this week are now showing almost 90% of COVID patients currently in Intensive Care are unvaccinated.

That had started out as being in London hospitals but it now looks to being replicated across the country, as more data is being published.

It really isn’t difficult to understand that the risk of serious illness is much lower for a vaccinated individual than for an unvaccinated individual and also that the risk of transmission for a vaccinated individual is much lower than for an unvaccinated individual.

No, I make two points. First, this specific pronouncement has been found to be incorrect. Largely that is because it was made before the vaccines were developed and was largely predicated on an assumption of vaccinations not being rapid or effective enough.

Second, this (non-medical) organisation has proved to be unreliable in prior announcements. The AIER has spread unreliable information about COVID-19 throughout the pandemic. In September 2020, it published a bizarre rant by its ‘Senior Resident Fellow’, George Gilder, who declared that the “Covid-19 crisis was already essentially over” by late April, based on a clearly inaccurate article that suggested “the spread of the coronavirus declines to almost zero after 70 days—no matter where it strikes, and no matter what measures governments impose to try to thwart it”.

But hey, keep searching for your holy grail of someone that is credible and also anti all the things that you are. If you find it then you will have outperformed every relevantly qualified medical scientist in the world.

Or stop believing in witchcraft and save yourself some time.
