However, I take the point as a general one and I'm not against infrastructure that makes sense. On HS2, I regard many of the criticisms as valid and I remain to be convinced otherwise. However, I don't put myself forward as informed on it.....the problem is that I have lived long enough to see the outcomes of so called experts and remember the arguments of those who supported them......they are never there when it goes tits up.
