If JOhnstone is the best of the rest so far as Palace is concerned, then fine by me. However, the best solution would be I think for de Boer to persuade Mandanda to stay. Thatbway we can spare a capital outlay for a gk, and divert the funding elsewhere.

If you had been to Preston and Docaster you wouldn't have been on here daily providing us with information you wikigoogled pretending to be in other places and speaking to imaginary friends. It's one of the positions that needs strengthening. How did he get on in the matches you saw? Was there anything particularly noteworthy about him?

When and where did you see him play? You must be able to tell us as your recall is sooo total.
