When is the perfect time to send them round to recoup the millions a judge said he took from us inappropriately (and media today report he's not paid)?

I say the sooner the better to distract him from preparing for Saturday.

Send them round now and tell them he can have 5% off the total if we get 3 points on Saturday.

Been to Anfield twice seen 14 goals and my team haven't scored any

Even better, he can have 1% off for each goal he allows us to score; now that is an incentive.

I wonder if it's ever occurred to CPFC2010 to pay off all those local traders, who lost out big time when we went into administration (for the second time), and enabled them to buy a football club on the cheap that has paid them back many times over. 2p in the £; I don't think we have a lot to be smug about really.

Just mucking about BD, not being smug.

That wasnt our only administration in history (including informal arrangements).

Quite a few who could be upset at us for our historic behaviour as a business.

As much as I agree with you, CPFC2010 didn't legally do anything wrong. They just exploited an opportunity, which I agree, morally was very wrong.

Tony Pulis on the other hand deceived Crystal Palace with a pack of lies and was rightly found guilty. So he should pay the money back.

You could say that Pulis tried to just exploit an opputunity. All he did was get paid a few days early then say he wanted to leave. CPFC2010 took Palace to the wire and if Simon Jordan had of been really stubborn he could have just let us fold. No innocents they are all money grabbers.

Pulis asked to be paid early as he knew he was going to walk away. He also lied about the reasons as to why he wanted that money.

CPFC2010 offered an amount of money to the people that were owed money by Simon Jordan's mismanagement. The administrators deemed that to be the best offer and that's why it was accepted.

If anyone is to blame for this, it's Simon Jordan. If you look at it from another perspective and the club folded, the creditors wouldn't have even got the 2p in the £1 that they actually received.

Good job the have lessors morales then, otherwise we might not have a club. To my mind it's Jordan that screwed them over not 2010.

Do agree that it would be nice to repay the small businesses that were affected but they would have to be careful how they did that. Have to treat all creditors the same, after the preferential ones that is.

No they don't as they aren't CPFC 2010's creditors so they can pay whoever they like.

I'm praying he turns up on Can't Pay, Take it Away.

Seeing Pulis lie saying he's skint and them calling a truck to remove his cap collection.

Absolutely. I didn't say they couldn't I said they have to be careful how they went about that. This would otherwise be a massive loophole in the admin process. All creditors vote for say 2p in £1, then select few get fully reimbursed by incoming buyers after date, regardless of new co veil if blatant and material it could compromise the integrity of any creditors agreement for old co.
