Edouard not being picked for a attitude problem, they could soon spread to more of his team mates.

As I said it's up to you to decide if it's true or not.My feeling is it's not the manager that is going to be changed . It's a lot of players going if they're not playing for the shirt. Originally posted by CPFC Dartford

If so, it’s the managers job to create a sense of unity, competitiveness and the fear of wrath in players should they not ‘turn up’, as they haven’t been doing so recently. That for me is our problem at the moment in that the players do seem very unattached to the identity of the club and PV looks defeated by this. If he’s defeated he’s got to go as the status quo and recent run are very worrying. An anecdote of my own - I regularly get asked to ‘mentor’ those seeking advancement within my organisation. I took on a young lady recently who has a lot to complain about, and very good reason to do so, however I’ve been working on solutions for her and advised against ‘moaning’ as it will do her no favours, regardless of being justified or not. If a manager can only navigate us through a season picking up the odd solitary point and blames his players he may well be somewhat correct however he himself will prove not to be the solution for the problems this is causing. We therefore either sack the entire playing staff or get in a manager who will chastise if not galvanise the team.

I don’t think there’s a lack of effort. After all, they are professionals and keen to impress However, character, application and on-field leadership seem to be in short supply.
