Vieira mentioned prior to the January 'Window' that he needed "Experience" and we acquired Ahamada who had only played 26 games in the Bundesliga.
In the summer 'Window' we acquired Richards who had only played 30 games in the Bundesliga.In this 'Window' we also acquired Ebiowei who has never played any football in the top flight.On his watch we also signed Luke Plange.

The policy appears to be to acquire young players with potential whereas Vieira believes that experience is necessary.
Maybe,just maybe Vieira is totally disillusioned and has lost interest - "I'm a football manager,get me out of here" !
