Personally I couldn't give a whit if a black person dressed up as white person.Wouldn't take any offence at all. I know people of all hues - I don't judge people by the colour of their skin.

Whilst I don't think its racist to black up, its certainly something of an issue, though I think if its funny and not actually racially stereotyping its more likely that white people are going to be the main complainers. There is a big difference for doing something silly because its funny, or doing something silly because it mocks someone's ethnicity.
