If Everton do settle on Benitez, I hope we don't go back for Santo. I was keen, but after recent events he won't settle with us for long. He'd see us as a stepping stone.

I told you, on the wind I'm not blown away by the idea, and you're right, we don't have a clue, but if you're not interested in speculation then that makes 90% of what's on this forum redundant!

With regard to Silva my gut started twitching when SkyBet suddenly introduced him at 14-1, with it being followed by other betting firms in the last few days, some offering as low as 10-1. And then this morning on an article about Favre there is reference to Silva and Favre being the two contenders from someone with the name Chrissy Palace [Link]

I haven't a clue, I was just adding to the other 200 pages of largely unfounded speculation. Do I want Silva? No.

I wonder if Favre eats his liver with a side of beans and a nice Chianti?
