I'm sure you're right but the EU will use whatever it takes to reach an agreement that suits it and right now it's not included in May's post brexit trade document.

Let me absolutely clear. It's not your views on nationalism I don't like. It's your nationalism.

Your continuous calibration of everybody and everything against the yardstick of your own national identity is the mark of a man with very limited intellectual capacity.

I repeat there is nothing inherently good or bad about your culture. Nothing that makes it inherently more or less valuable than anyone else's.

Tell me as a believer in the concept of racially superior genes have you studied the work of Josef Mengele and did you learn anything that you think we might be interested in? You being a science teacher 'an all I'm sure your thoughts on the subject would be most illuminating.

I've proven my intellectual capacity. The fact that you appear to think that my views on national identity has any calibration on intellectual ability just about shows yours.

Well, I expect by actions.

You are judged on what you do not who you are.

Religion is a cancer but if it is restricted to personal belief than that is a freedom that should be upheld. If it turns into zealotry and activism then it should be restrained. Islam has previous for spreading intolerance and dogma. It hasn't changed much in hundreds of years. As a secular society, we have to fight it tooth and nail. There is no virtue in being tolerant to the extent of allowing medieval ideas to pervade our progressive society. LIberals need to deal with that paradox.
