With the population growing at a rate of 500k per year and the average number of people per dwelling currently being 2.4 that's just over 200k new homes per year Hardly uncontrollable. Of course it is.

And I do have an idea as how high the rate of building would have to be to keep pace.

With the population growing at a rate of 500k per year and the average number of people per dwelling currently being 2.4 that's just over 200k new homes per year

Hardly uncontrollable. But you carry on making a fool of yourself
