Kane does go down easily but that was as clear a penalty that I have seen at the WC, as was the foul on Saka

Kane was fouled but my 70 yr old eyes concluded that contact was made JUST outside the area.
I suspect VAR came to the same conclusion.

Disappointing in the first half.
Better side in the second half and did not deserve to lose.
The players must be absolutely devastated but I give credit to them for their overall performance.
