Whatever happens and whoever he picks on Monday the whole crowd needs to put its antagonism to one side and support the team like never before.
That support could get us a result and so the team need to know they will get applauded not booed all the way through.

That's the crux though, he's had ample opportunities to try something new and the best he came up with was playing three centre-backs and five defensive minded players in front of them. I just don't see him changing anything unless he absolutely has to and expecting that he will is increasingly becoming more a plea to the Gods than any real belief. As the much cited cliché goes, doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results is the sign of insanity (a bit like me constantly refreshing the news to see if Roy's been sacked yet!)

He must know that if we get spanked by Chelsea he's gone. Hoping he goes youth, all out attack, nothing to lose, he'll get paid anyway. Plaers in their right positions for once.

I suspect that Mr Hodgson will be in situ until the end of the season and will receive a rapturous reception at his last game at Selhurst Park.
