How much is Dembele realistically worth? £15m - £20m. £20m appears to be the figure being quoted but no-one seems to know where that figure has come from. Are we going to spend that much on one player this window?

He may or may not be able to do it in the Premier League - only time will tell - but 32 goal in 49 games last season, including 5 in the Champion's League, suggests he's a decent finisher - even if you do have to take the level of league opposition into account. He's only 21 years old too, so there seems a reasonable chance he'll improve in the next few years,
