As you say though, he'd more than have his work cut out against AJ or Fury. A Wilder match-up would be intriguing mind you.

Crawford v Brook Hell of an ask for Kell. Looking at his last fights I’m not sure how much he has left. Five years ago this may have been close but looks like he may now be getting a final payday.

Yep. F@cked up by thinking he could step up a weight v GGG, got his head smashed in. Then got bashed up by Spence , who would have beaten Brook in his prime.

Good for him, after that leg knifing....there were rumours for a long time....it looks like a pay day he deserves. Crawford is avoided by the big lions in the division and Brook represents high quality at that weight class....if he hasn't declined. Crawford is of course top favorite but I'd love it if Brook caused a shock and wiped that fecking smile off that overly narcissistic two faced Hearn.

I used to love boxing (excuse my self-indulgence). I wanted to box from a young age, but never got round to it. My grand dad was a Regiment champion. So i am torn between testosterone-fueled love of the sport, but hating the humanitarian outcomes.

So i am torn between testosterone-fueled love of the sport, but hating the humanitarian outcomes. Completely get it. My family have all boxed from my grandfather down to my son. None of us have had any long term effects thankfully although I understand they exist. Feel compelled to male a case for my sport. Boxing brings a lot to a young man (or women these day) incredible fitness, self discipline, self confidence and the value of hard work. Many boxers come from nothing and have little going for them, boxing provides a path and keeps many on the straight and narrow during their formative years. Better they are training five nights a week than hanging round on street corners. You are correct, it’s not without it’s dangers though, but overall I would argue it does more for a young guy than wasting away in a bedroom playing X box.

Shame he will never sell a fight , as he must be the most boring speaking boxer ever. Are either of the fights ppv? Shouldn’t be. Although I’ll probably buy both if they are.
