It's kind of boring that you have to spell out the obvious to some. However, no I have zero problems with higher than average non white representation in sport....as long as it's on merit, which in football I believe it is. However, I thought I was making an obvious point that the diversity industry within football has an issue with under representation of non whites in coaching and management and indeed on any possible issue that could be described (whether or not it is) as 'discrimination' involving non whites. However, they turn a blind eye to over representation where it suits them as their very jobs are dependent upon pushing one way victim narratives and has absolutely nothing to do with fairness. Edited by Stirlingsays (13 Dec 2020 9.07pm) If that was the point you were making it wasn't obvious. From all I see the football authorities are aware of the issues and would like to see change, but without any kind of direct interference. They see education, encouragement and opportunity as the way forward. It's not a real difference to that which is found in many areas of life. Your last paragraph doesn't make any sense at all.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

Whether it's the opera or a football match should you do so whilst attending you risk being asked to leave and refused future entry. How would Shakespeare have known what people liked and wanted? How does anyone in entertainment know. Comedy would be rubbish, but we know they want that stopped as well.

After the Spurs game I feel that football should finally knock it on the head. It’s given BLM some good exposure but it’s run it’s course. Especially when the likes of Benteke and Son forgot it.

It's quite clear. Lots of minorities in jobs on nothing but that fact. That they are minorities.

My interpretation of Taking the knee now is to show the players support of being against racism, not pro BLM. However, there is no doubt that the lines have become blurred in this respect. And needs to be properly communicated.
