exactly. I treat these message boards like I was sitting in a wetherspoons with you guys. and many don't. and can't take people's opinions with a pinch of salt. they have to take it to another place. even if you think someone's ideas are misplaced...react how you would at the pub after a match. you certainly wouldn't get all serious and demand facts in that environment unless you were a total geek would you. never understood the notion at all. ease up. Didn't Lima say he wants a bigger club than us? if that's the case we should look elsewhere. don't want some bloke using us so he can play for a bigger club.

As our offer has reduced from £12.7m in the summer, which was rejected, to £8m (because he has only a year left on his contact), I can't really see this going anywhere:

Whilst an attacking midfielder who can find the net would be a useful addition as the likes of Cabaye, Puncheon, Townsend haven't scored enough goals. JMac and Wilf have shown the way here. However as the season has panned out far more important is a couple of decent defenders, better than Kelly who seems to be the rotator at the back. Edited by Booted Eagle (18 Dec 2016 4.05pm)
