Intermittent fasting works.....yep, I do a version of it myself.

It controls calorie intake if nothing else.

It is also said to regulate insulin among other things.

Of course, your body will pump stored sugar into your bloodstream all the time you have some if you don't eat, and I assume that the levels will remain normal.
Of course, if you go to far you will experience hypoglycemia which can be dangerous.

I'm off to bed now.

We had one back in 2016.....But lets not go on about this again.

Let's just enjoy watching the various politicians tear their few remaining strands of hair out.

So given that stone cold fact, what is your suggestion then, Hrolf?

If another vote is given to the public public the only options should be

Mays deal

Or

No deal

Have a day off mate you're like a broken record. Do we have a third, fourth, fifth? We leave April 12th hopefully all REMAIN options are exhausted. Let's leave & move on.

Good luck with that.

Frankly I’ve now got to the point where even no deal is palatable simply to end the longest most drawn out whittling down of options ever known. At least then everyone would stop talking about it.

Soft brexit / Common market or May deal subject to referendum incoming.

Probably the only compromise you'd get on a second vote with many Brexiters.

Well I’d find it difficult to vote for any of these proposals like most of the conservative MP’s didn’t and most of the Labour MP’s did.

A General Election isn’t the solution to this but I don’t know what else is.

Never gonna happen.

You need to move on with your life.

Very interesting, I wonder how the EU takes it in.

From the EU's perspective:

A no deal is still on the table and looking most likely. That is the worst case scenario for them (and possibly us, but we are already in a mess so how can it get worse).

A people's vote could happen. If they want us to remain in the EU this is their beat means of achieving it. In that case, they won't want to soften their deal with the UK. However, they might be wise in offering some better incentives to stay. France, Spain, Italy, and Germany are all having domestic problems and are fed up of brexit.

A UK wide customs union is popular. Drop the backstop and throw something else onto the bargin and they might avoid a no deal, they might even get a second referendum.

At the moment, it appears the only people who can unlock the deadlock are the EU. Up to them to offer something now.

I think if there is a no deal and the status of millions of EU citizens gets thrown into doubt, then we will come to a more suitable arrangement very quickly. Admittedly, not the most ethical strategy but we've tried to play nicely and they wanted to have their cake and eat it during both Cameron's and May's negotiations.

As soon as the EU faces up to its own shortcomings it will become a much better organisation.

LOBSTAH!

Enjoy it, it might even be from Maine, the best in the world.

Co-op will never gentrify, but you can get good pizza and John and Joes near the Zoo.

I will indeed have a great evening here in the sunshine, as we creep ever closer to consigning this brexs*** show to the scrap heap!!! yipppeeeee!

You doth protest too much.

None of us know what's going to happen. 'No deal' was the most popular option with the highest number of voters recently so who knows.

In a recent survey of Conservative members, nearly 75% supported 'No Deal' and this reflects the strong support of this option amongst many members I have spoken to.

My understanding is that Theresa May has ruled out this option but we live in times of great uncertainty and events and circumstances can change opinions.Protracted Cabinet meeting scheduled to discuss the way forward.
