Todays extra download is a classic that a lot of people may not have heard of... this is Green Bullfrog. When this album was first released in 1971 it only sold 428 copies. This was because no one had ever heard of them - the artists were going under pseudonyms. The cast comprised Earl Jordan (Jordan), Ritchie Blackmore (Boots), Albert Lee (Pinta), Big Jim Sullivan (Boss), Rod Alexander (Vicar), Chas Hodges (Sleepy), Tony Ashton (Bevy), Matthew Fisher (Sorry) and Ian Paice (Speedy). Obviously the record is a highly sought-after rarity. Album notes in the download file explain in more detail.... this is fantastic and thoroughly recommended..... Todays first download isnt a bootleg but it is a live album. This is AC/DC and a show that was recorded at the River Plate Stadium, Buenos Aires, Argentina in 2011 while on the Black Ice World tour. This is in superb quality and this audio rip is from a pro shot DVD. A cracking show and one for any fans of AC/DC.... thoroughly recommended.. Hi staffie - hope all is well with you. I've done a search but not been able to find anything and was wondering if you had come across any bootlegs from Ray Davies or Burton Cummings. Seen them both in concert over the past few years & both put on great shows. If you can find anything that would be great, if not I appreciate you making an attempt.

Todays first download is a set by Guns N' Roses that was recorded in New York in 1988. This is in superb quality and was broadcast on the Westwood One Radio Show. Some classic GNR tracks on this one with great versions of "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Paradise City". GNR shows tend to be a lot longer than this, so I'm guessing that this is all that was broadcast and not the whole show. It's still a great bootleg though - and thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Burton Cummings that was recorded in New York City at the Bottom Line Club in June 1977. This is in superb quality and is a wicked set. This is the first bootleg or album by this artist that I've posted. I saw a request on the thread for something by BC and had a look for something in decent quality. It turns out that quality boots by this artist are quite rare - but this is a good one and I hope it's ok for the member who requested it... BC played two sets at this venue - an early and late show - this is the late show..... Todays extra download is a short set by The Sharks that was recorded at the Rainbow Theatre in London 1973. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM Broadcast. Bootlegs by this band in good quality are extremely rare - and this is the first one I've seen. I have only previously posted a studio album by The Sharks - this is thoroughly recommended....
