Todays first download is a set by Neil Diamond which was recorded a few days ago at the BBC Electric Proms at The Roundhouse in London on the 30th October this year. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a BBC FM broadcast. What can you say about Neil Diamond - he's been there and done it all - over 50 years in the business and record sales of over 130 million worldwide.... he's gotta be doing something right..... this is a great set, which the audience love - this is thoroughly recommended...... Todays second download is a set by Camel which was recorded at the Old Waldorf, San Francisco, in Feb 1979. This is in superb quality and is a wicked set - the audio was taken from an FM broadcast. If you like Camel then you will want this one - thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Eels which was recorded at the Pukkelpop Festival in Belgium in August this year. This is in superb quality and the audio was taken from a tv broadcast rip. IF you like this band this is thoroughly recommendd - a crackin' set.... Todays first download is a bootleg by the Atlanta Rhythm Section which was recorded at two venues - one in Japan 1978 and the other in North Carolina in 1979. This is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted and it's in superb quality. This band play a style of southern rock with a bit of blues... they are wicked... They've been around since 1970 and have made loads of albums. I haven't seen any soundboard recordings by this band before - which is why I grabbed it.... I recommend that you do as well..... Todays second download is a set by the legendary Jimi Hendrix which was recorded at two venues in New York in 1968. This is in superb quality for a boot thats nearly 45 years old. The first 6 tracks were recorded at the "Cafe A Go Go" in Greenwich Village, New York and the last track was recorded at "The Generation Club" in New York. This is Hendrix - 'nuff said!. Todays extra download is another set by Eels following on from the one I posted on Monday. This is a boot recorded on the Morning Becomes Eclectic radio show from KCRW FM in Santa Monica, California. This in superb quality and was recorded in October of this year - so it's fairly recent. If you like this band then grab this one - it has a short interview in the set as well - easily deletable if you only want the music....
