Todays first download is a set by Wings that was recorded in Glasgow, Scotland in December 1979. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds really top notch. I've posted a few boots by Macca over the years - this is one of the best sounding of the lot. A top setlist with a good selection of both Wings and Beatles stuff. The first track on disc 2 has been omitted as it was officially released, and the last few tracks on disc 2 are from a show a couple of weeks later - which was recorded at the Hammersmith Apollo. If you like Macca and Wings, you will want this one ... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Shooting Star that was recorded at the Fifth Floor Recording Studios, Cincinnatti, Ohio in 1981. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast on KSJO 92.3FM radio and sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first album or bootleg by this band that I've posted - so if you dont know this band - try them... they rock. Todays first download is a set by Boston that was recorded in Worcester, MA in August 1987. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few bootlegs by Boston over the years - this is another top sounding show. An excellent setlist which includes the hits "Piece Of Mind" and the bands debut single "More Than A Feeling".. If you like Boston - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Translator that was recorded at the Paradise Theater, Boston, MA in 1982 and was broadcast on BBC Radio on the week of November 14, 1982 and is in superb quality. This has been taken from the original vinyl transcription disc that was "remastered and de-clicked" one click at a time. This is the first bootleg by this band that I've posted - and it's a good one. If you know this band - you will want this, if you don't - give them a try!.... this is great stuff...
