Todays first download is a set by Steely Dan that was recorded at the National City Pavillion, Cincinnati, Ohio on the 13th July 2008. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. Steely Dan are a fantastic band - Donald Fagen and Walter Becker being the two main artists but they always have a great backing band and this show is no different. Some real classics on this one including "The Royal Scam""FM" and "Kid Charlemagne" all being played. I've posted a lot of shows by SD over the years and this is another top bootleg for the collection. I thought I'd previously posted this one, but I cannot see it in my files, so I guess not. If you like Steely Dan - download this great show... this is thoroughly recommended...

Todays first download is a set by Eric Clapton that was recorded at the Convention Center, Dallas Texas on the 15th November 1976. The quality of this bootleg is absolutely superb - pin drop perfect sound and the audio has been taken from a pre-fm master soundboard and it sounds fantastic - easily one of the best sounding EC boots I've ever heard. The mix is bang on and all the instruments are right up in the mix and the stereo is top notch as well. This isn't the full show but it's still a must have if you like ol' slowhand. This is thoroughly recommended and then some...
