I,ve got a feeling he will be off to the clowns....i dunno why,i just have...

I'm confident he will come to us and it will be announced tomorrow

There's absolutely nothing we can do to influence the situation, so we should just sit and wait, but 81 pages say we gotta do something even if it's write what our gut feeling is, I'm enjoying the speculation though, it's great.

If he chooses Charlton over Palace then it'll go to show that hes not as nice as people expect him to be!

He seemed to be career focused for the future not money focused so we'll see what happens!

If he was at Tottenham today then he will be going to Charlton as Palace will expect an answer tomorrow as they want things pushed on.

He must have spoke to Charlton b4 today as he said in his interview he will be walking his dog a lot trying to get his head around things.

Why would he need to scout on Charlton they are in the same League unless they are due to play them soon which suggests he is staying put

I was just thinking the same myself,if he were about to join us then he would have matters to sort out at that end.He said he would be spending the weekend thinking over his decision and would have needed to give our Board his answer in the morning.
He certainly wouldn't want to be distracted by going to that match today.
That gives me the impression that he has decided to stay where he is.

........................Then along came Johnny Byrne! and the rest, as they say, is history.....................

I think he will join Charlton, but that in my view would be a massive mistake. If it is to do with money, is it something that Parish and the board could match maybe?

If he is the best candidate for the job then it may be worth paying a premium.

This link may be sh*t but this is also being banded around

i dont think he would have spoken to charlton at all. i think he is just trying to decide between staying with us or going to you. hes a clever man, he knows that going to charlton would not be the best choice for him.

Bournemouth next play Charlton in late March.....

Maybe he is thorough in his preperation

Tomorrow can't come soon enough - for everyone concerned.

Whoever does come in has got to be quick off the mark assessing our team, then identifying the right players needed to strengthen and convince them to come to Selhurst. Oh and the small matter of negotiating their contracts......

The last time I looked, January only had 31 days - and we're already at day 9.

i personally cant see him going to clown town because for somebody " who has the hardest decision of there lives to make" why leave to go to a team in the same league and who is at the moment trailing AFCB in the same league.i personally cant see this happening.

Personally, as long as we get a manager and don't go down, I couldn't give a f***.

Cant see him going anywhere. He will be in the Championship next year if he stays where he is anyway so whats the point in going to club that probably wont be or a club that definetley wont be.

That's an interesting link but it's not the first time Wise has been linked with the Clowns or Allardyce with West Ham. What will be will be ...but if it takes another week to fill our managers post then I'm going on holiday to avoid all the speculation
