He will not move now until next summer. He is hoping for a big signing on fee, as he will be out of contract. That's if it is true as according to Steve Parish we expressed interest in him earlier in the window but didn't actually submit a bid later on when all of the media were going Austin mad. Having finished tenth and signalled our intentions for this season by signing Cabaye I can't really see him turning us down for footballing reasons Would he pass a medical ?

Do You think Palace Will be in for Charlie Austin in The Jan Transfer Market 15 mill is to much to pay i think wee would pay 8 mill at the most what is your thoughts on this i have watched charlie austin play couple of times going to games with my mate that is qpr Fan and is fantastic and think he would fit in he is like murray

Issue is though, the reason he's hyped so much and is given such a high price tag is because he's touted as being some kind of young prospect (which he probably was at some point), but by the end of this season he's going to be 27. A Championship player at 27. £15,000,000? Sod off.
