Well I guess you might struggle to name any that haven't.

But I'll be extremely impressed if you can name any anti-Semites who haven't.

Fair enough. Which -isms have particularly annoyed you? I thought that denouncing things was what a leader of the opposition was supposed to do?

Denouncing Government policy etc.

Don't get me wrong, I think he's a liability but it would be good to know what you think he shouldn't be denouncing.

Oh I know where most of the anti semites are, and so do most of the Jews......and while Corbyn is definitely anti 'zionism'...a word I'll always regarded as slightly ridiculous as it just means nationalism....he's not the main reason the Jewish population has been in a long term decline in this country.

Governmental policy....yeah...though just because you're called the opposition you don't have to automatically disagree on everything of course....Bipartisanship seems to be a dirty concept nowadays.

Racism and sexism are the major bugbears with me.....they are vastly overstated.

So before moving on, I assume that you haven't been able to think of any anti-Semites that didn't leave evidence of their anti-Semitism.

IMHO anti-Zionism is a very misleading label. Nobody seems to give a s*** about Bob Marley's belief in Zionism, which could be taken to mean that it isn't necessarily a bad thing in and of itself.

It's how you go home that is the issue, not the simple desire to do so.

I'd prefer to describe Corbyn as being against the policies of the Israeli government.

I would agree that he has absolutely nothing to do with the long term decline in the number of Jewish people in the UK participating in organised religion. He's only been about for a few years.

I'm inclined to agree but then I'm also a white man. Bit like abortion which I don't take a position on 'cos it's unlikely to affect me personally.

It's an illogical statement to begin with.

Indeed. So until I see some, I'm disinclined to accuse him (or anyone else) of it.

Really? So stuff like affirmative action don't affect whites? 'Diversity' programmes don't affect white men?

You don't see anti semitism anywhere in the UK then?

For sure it does. But whilst I might be chasing the same job for example, I'm still quite unlikely to get pregnant.
