This works for us I reckon. I couldn't give a f*ck if it works for Swansea. Chuck us 2 mill also and it definitely works for me.

Gayle/Gomis swap does not really move the club on. Gayle is clearly not part of Pards' plans and Gomis, although powerful with feet and head, does not score goals or enough of them. We need someone to score a hatful. We definitely have the players who can create chances but no one to put the ball in the net! Gomis is not the answer!

Gomis & Adebayor we must be on to page 2 of our wanted striker list. I actually think a straight swap wouldn't be such a bad thing, both are looking for a move and if Gomis scored a couple of goals that would be amazing. Imagine that a striker scoring a couple of goals....perhaps one will be from open play
I think Gomis with Wickham and/or Chamakh holding up play & knock downs for Gomis to power onto and score in the corner, then the lion celebration...! Oh sorry, being a fantasist again?

I'd rather Andre Ayew who is being link with other clubs. While not strictly a striker, he gets on the end of enough crosses.

Gomis has 5 goals so far this season in a crap team. I wish one of our strikers had scored that many.

I'm an exiled Palace fan living in Swansea and have a few loose links with the Swans through local football and in-laws etc. In regards to judging Swansea players, it is currently difficult. There is a lot of problems in the squad with rumors of disharmony in the club. Gomis is not popular down here. Most Swans fans view him as lazy, unfit and petulant. However he may also thrive at a new club with a better team spirit etc. My main source of Swans info down here hasn't heard anything about this swap deal so the whole thing is probably rubbish anyway.

If we can get the Ligue One incarnation of Gomis - not the one who had to play second fiddle to Bony or carry all of Swansea's goalscoring expectation then absolutely - get it done.
