Negotiating a free trade deal with EU will be very easy comes to mind.

It would be for anyone competent or half willing.

40 billion spend (not gift) in exchange for no tariffs.

If rejected, no spend and reciprocal tariffs.

Just because May has made an arse of it, it doesn't mean that the first instance was a lie.

I agree, that's what comes of having a remainer in charge of leaving......never gonna end well.
Went in to soft and let the bullies of the eu dictate the terms.

Rubbish. Put aside the NHS slogan on the bus (which can be justified), what examples of misleading information was there?

Goes to show it's easy to manipulate ordinary people by playing on fears and prejudice. He saw the migrant crisis where people experienced war and suffering and used it to score political points, absolutely Abhorrent.

Alot harder to convince people of the benefits of EU membership and the chaos and economic harm unravelling that would be

Many millions would change their minds and remain if they could turn the clock back

As for the thinly veiled "my link is better than your link" line?

You reveal yourself.

There's no harm in being wrong pal, you said you had no problem with being proved so, when clearly you do. Take care my friend.

My link isn't "better" than yours!!! It's just relevant whilst yours isn't. If you really cannot understand how our democracy works, and the duties it places on our MPs, I cannot help you any more. Facts are fact. Believe me if I were wrong I would have absolutely no problem in admitting it but you very obviously do.

Take my advice. Consult your MP.

Correct. but it was the mindless right that got us here. exiting the EU should have always been a 2 stage process.

1 to investigate what we could get.
2 see if the country found it acceptable.

However it would seem that many voted solely on racial grounds, many not understanding that it would increase immigration from the commonwealth.

Isn't wonderful how those with no experience at all believe they would do a better job at something than those we pay to be professional at it? If only the world was that simple we could do brain surgery with a hammer and a stanley knife after drinking 10 pints.

The 'yellow vests' protests are nearly in their third month.....The EU isn't that popular even in its heartland of France and Germany.....and Germany benefits the most from it.

A deal or no deal position is a construct of remain: there is no obligation to entertain any negotiation.

And anyway: I thought it was universally accepted that anyone could do better than the hash May is making of things.

She's so bad at negotiating that she could go into DFS and come out with a full price sofa!

I understand democracy fine: deflection and condescension? The last refuge of the beaten.

Take my advice: Consult your GP. You need some ointment for that burrrrrrrn.

Peace out x
