Back to Brexit Corbyn today hinted in PMQ's he has shifted position and now wants a second referendum.

I think this is good news as it puts daylight between the parties, not good news if you are a Brexit Labour supporter of course.

At least now the public have a clear choice who to support. This matters because I think we will have a GE in the next few months.

I guess that splits the remain vote between labour, green and the libtards which is great news.

Still need to bring down the tories to be sure of a Brexit party win. Hunt it is then!

Why should it be off the table? This is exactly the sort of immigration that should be encouraged! Forget the return bit.
Nurses, doctors, engineers, bring it on. It's the 2 million unskilled east European labourers and couriers ripping the arse out of economy that needs stopping along with the million illegal cab drivers with no grasp of civilised culture coming from pakistan, Somalia, Syria, the middle East (you know the s*** holes I mean) to rape the benefits system.

I'm all for necessary and enriching immigration.

Because England is only England because it has a majority of English people in it.....the clue is in the name.

I wish to live in a country that is for the English and has a majority of English in it.....I think every country has a right to that hegemonic self defining reality....and indeed it's only in Europe where this is even questioned.

If you continue with an immigration policy that doesn't reflect the requirement to maintain that country's internal hegemony then ultimately you create social and cultural upheaval, segregation by house price and other means.....ultimately the higher the multi-cultural mix the higher the malcontent.

So I'm for the immigration policies of countries such as Japan or Israel, where citizenship for foreigners is difficult and rules keep them as secondary.

Indeed. And when Parliament eventually has a majority of non Europeans in it, we won't even have control of our own country. In fact, with our system, it will happen a long time before that.

Where to begin.

So Europeans are ok now? It’s the non Europeans we have an issue with?

You should read your links Maine.

There is nothing inconsistent with what Japan is doing.

They are increasing the numbers of 'foreign workers' but they aren't allowing them a path to citizenship.....once the permit ends....bye bye foreigner.

The 'foreign worker' idea is thousands of years old and I have no issues with it....as long as it is implemented properly....They can do that in Japan because a non Japanese person is far easier to spot.

Anyway hence Japan stays Japanese and keeps its culture and inherent Japanese nature.

As for Israel.....Duh Maine....Israel is composed of mostly European Jews who emigrated there last century.

They aren't going to lose their Jewishness by allowing more Jews to emigrate there are they.

Japan literally just changed its policies and if being a citizen is your issue then how is letting in people of the same religion ok for you ala Israel? Not sure you picked the best 2 cases there but what do you think about my suggestion, NK?

You need to pick your issue, is it race, religion, nationality or are you going for the hat trick?

Plenty of the migrants you have an issue with in the UK are Christians, Stirly.

The latest polls put Corbyn at his lowest rating ever.

Interesting comment from the pollster as to why. He felt that Labour's position on Brexit which is to try and keep the middle ground between Brexiteers and Remainers is killing them.

He says that positions over Brexit have hardened so the vast majority of voters now either back Brexit or Remain, there is no middle ground.

Or as he put Labour is trying to fish in a very small pond. Corbyn is now hinting he is shifting his position but the reality is that at some point Labour will have to go Remain and risk losing Brexit voters because at the moment they are losing both Remain and Brexit voters who are migrating to parties with clear policies.

This is one area where holding the middle ground doesn't work. Pick a side Labour, pick a side.
