Nope.

Because we can change the magician if we decide we don't like the card we pull out. We are always in control. All of us, and not just a large vocal minority.

Seen a lot of magic? We are anything but in control. If the process is questioned the show falls apart. So...another similarity.

I voted for the conservatives who in their manifesto said they would leave the EU. They were my magician but not in control?
You mate have twisted your tripe so much you sound bitter.

Sure and subsequently our Parliament has looked at a deal agreed between the EU and the government and rejected it. Not just by those who voted to remain, but also by many who voted to leave. We have gone past the campaigning stages and are now into the implementation stage and it hasn't yet been possible.

No-one won anything from the divisions and delays that the 2016 referendum has caused. Not even you. All your "winning" mentality has done is produce anger and frustration. We are still in and how, when or indeed if, we actually leave remain unanswered questions. That referendum ought never have been held. Such decisions should always be taken in Parliament and if they had decided it was best for us to withdraw from the EU they could then have entered a period of negotiation with them over how to do it, before triggering the formal application and thus avoided producing this unnecessary stress.

We don't decide the country's future like a cricket match where one more run can mean success or failure. We need to be much more thoughtful and professional than that.

Total tripe and twaddle.
The process has been hampered from the very beginning by Remainers trying to thwart Brexit using every available tactic.
That said, it was probably inevitable that everything would go to the last minute since that is the nature of negotiations with a time limit.

We will have a GE in the coming months when we will all have the chance to express our opinions.

If we decide to vote in a majority government then things will move forward, unless they lose their majority again through stupidity.

If we vote in a hung Parliament then lots of compromises are going to be needed.

The bottom line is though that is our choice.

That's your standard answer to anything you don't agree with. Blame the "remainers". It was Parliament as whole, including people who supported both positions, who voted down the agreed deal. So you really need to stop the blame game. Johnson has that one wrapped up.

You are anti Johnson, anti Brexit.

There is no 'blame' in facts.

The only problem with Brexit is those who oppose it or wish to use it for political gain.

I'm sure that you will have expressed your opinion a further 10,000 times on here by that time anyway

I am not anti anything for it's own sake. If I oppose anything it's always because I see a better way.

There is no 'blame' in facts.

When you post some I will reconsider that. Right now most of your posts are just denials.

The only problem with Brexit is those who oppose it or wish to use it for political gain.

That's obviously untrue. The vast majority who oppose it, or more accurately oppose an avoidable hard Brexit, do so for principled reasons. You really need to start to realise that many people have totally genuine reasons for their opinions. Those MPs who have risked their futures by voting against the party line especially so. Those primarily doing so for political gain are those sheep who fall into line against their better judgement in the hope that will advance their careers.

How can you see a better way then?
All guess work as I said.
No one knows if it will be better or worse.
Your adage is better the devil you know.
