I'll keep banging the drum for Sean Dyche.

The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years

Now ill tell you why. Both are young and know the league inside out. I know Valencia didn't go to well for Neville but this is the premier league and he knows it inside out. They are both passionate about the game and wouldn't be afraid to dish out rollockings if deserved. I believe either one of these would fit at Selhurst as well due to their commitment, passion for the game and their standing within the game. A risk i appreciate but i would rather us take a little chance than go for some same old same old in fat Sam.

I don't want them taking risks and using us a guinea pigs. If the risk doesn't pay off we will be relegated. No way

If they want to be managers, they can at their club Salford. Neither will manage a big club, as they have now got comfy jobs being critics on TV.
Nobody in the Premier is going to offer them a job as Manager, they have no or a pot track record.

Anyone suggesting Hoddle is crazy, all talk no action, as been proved at QPR.

I agree. I've no problem with getting away from the ex-Palace player/former Palace manager/long-time member of the managerial merry-go-round, but it would have to be for someone with appropriate managerial experience/achievement at PL or equivalent level.

Let us get behind Pardew and the team - they play a lot of very good football - things will change - but please let us get behind the team and the manager

Makes me wonder if that's why Tim sherwood turned down the qpr job.

Flores
- Did the business for Watford last season and massively impressed, and deserved to be retained for this season.

Howe - No thanks, notoriously failed when he last left Bournemouth, before going back. Big risk, little prospect of return or improvement.

Nevile and Giggs - No thanks. Neither has really shown their calibre and they're a risk rather than a benefit.

I quite liked Flores but a lot of Watford fans were unhappy him and felt he was a one trick pony

I'd love to see David Wagner in charge. Bought smart over the summer and has HUDDERSFIELD looking like a realistic contender for promotion. Not to mention he learnt his trade under Klopp at Dortmund. Won't have to break the bank either like some of the other absurd suggestions on this thread (Van Gaal? Srsly?). We need a manager who know's how to get a team defending properly. With Pardew we have been getting progressively worse, with 2016 being pretty damning evidence.

Wonder how much would cost to bring in Rafa and bring back Gayle...

Quite a trick though, his record was pretty good with a promoted team and his record elsewhere is good, even won a trophy.

I'd have thought they'd be quite pleased with him, they had such a good season last year. Of course Pardew is a two trick pony (win streak or lose streak).

It was their dodgy streak at the end of the season that seemed to do it. Not quite as dodgy as ours obviously
