The whole thing is driven by the media, that everyone should succeed, but it doesn't add up, not every team can win each week.

This week it is Bradley, Bilic and Ranieri under fire as they all lost.

Fans do need to get a grip of reality.

Nobody expects to win every week, but our record over the last year surely gives us the right to voice our concerns. As for bilic and Ranieri, they took a lot of acolades last year, so have to take the critism this year...

Should he not get critism for just that. Concentrating on the champions league, which they'll get knocked out of once they play one of the big boys, and not winning your league games is a very dangerous strategy.

Why are they creating History? They were the english champions and have beaten some very average if not poor European teams?

But that's on HOL , I'm talking about supporters as a whole. A lot of supporters don't go on chat forums.

Yeah we need to get a grip.

Worst record in all 4 divisions for 2016.
Results carrying over into this season.
Poor preparation when coming back from summer/ international breaks.
Poor defensive prep and little care for clean sheets.
Sacking Garner. Bringing in zero experienced coaches then sacking 1.
Selling characters and not acknowledging they were and replacing them.
Going into the season with 1 left footed full back 6 defenders & Fryers.
Ruining Kelly for months when Ward can play LB.
Always being in danger of 4-6 or 10 losses in a row. Very dangerous risk.

Listening to players and addressing some of the above when he knows his neck is on the line and handing defensive drills over to them after apparently having it all sorted 7 days ago only to concede 4 goals. Yep, no loss of dressing room there. Are they playing for him and his job or because they cannot throw any more points away when the top teams are about to keep 70% possession?

Several things seriously wrong developing over 12 months and more and apparently it's fine, he's doing superb and we can rest because we beat poor on the day Stoke, Mboro, Sunderland, Southampton.

It's going to be a tough season. Let's hope Benteke is available all season or we get someone in better than Sanogoal or Adebayor or we are in trouble. Anyone not seen our run in? Being 3 points clear that means sh1t with the next month of zero points around the corner.

Good news Hull and Swansea are definitely sh1tt1er than us and will end up with less points.

Just need one more team to implode.

We have plateau'd that is the crux. We haven't gone backwards but we are certainly not going forward. Some want to risk it and change things around. I'm not so sure. Palace appointing managers? They are not very good at getting the right ones and haven't been for a very long time now. Pardew has been the best fit since Coppell.

If we get to 40 points with Super Al I say let's take the risk a year from now and if things haven't got significantly better assuming we have bought three or four very decent players in.

Well always having cover in all positions means no excuses so I see your point, only even when our full strength side is available he still fails on the necessaries.

Good post Rudi,It does surprise me that quite a few just cannot see whats staring them in the face. Must admit i thought the Geordies were spouting nonsence but they were 100% right. We all wanted Pardew to do well but he has been found out and how can he carry on in his postion as even the players know he is a fraud and it was them that changed things last week.
